To this point, we’ve seen the so-called Back Door Brothers coded as gay (but not necessarily in a good way). That coding is made even more explicit here, where they capture the main character and… well, it’s heavily implied that they rape him. Or, at least, cover him in some kind of white liquid. Oy.
