One of the things that makes cyberpunk settings work is adding in more background detail. I like the boxes growing out of the lamp post here. Using fake alphabets also makes it feel more alien. I’m intrigued about the soft focus, though. Part of the appeal of drawings is that both the foreground and background can be in focus.
