This story starts out strong with a straightforward blackmail plot, but goes off the rails to the point where the penultimate panel of the story is one character telling another that “nothing makes sense here.” Way to tell on yourself.

The art, on the other hand, is great. This splash page is appropriately creepy and otherworldly.
