This story is just on the verge of coherence, but it makes extensive use of little explanatory notes – which often tends to be used as a crutch to make up for sub-standard art. This page is a good example. The note is cute, but if the note wasn’t there, I would have been hard-pressed to identify the T-Rex as a T-Rex.
