The only thing that distinguishes Zora from any other run-of-the-mill sci-fi that’s more of a fantasy story is the artwork. Fernandez does a great job with the backgrounds that transform the space scenes into something special. And the composition in the top left corner of the page is just amazing. I also find it really interesting that he threw in the occasional panel that was done in a completely different art style. It’s a shame that the story itself is so bland and forgettable.
