The high concept of this story is a group of revolutionaries who break into a power plant and make a series of modifications that allow them to broadcast a message of revolution across power lines to everyone using electricity, urging them to rise up. The punchline/twist of the story is that one minute after they send their broadcast, all of those audience members get their power from a solar power plant, rendering the broadcast ineffectual.

I liked this page because it does a great job of illustrating all of the different people that the message is meant to be broadcast to – including the parts of the speech that are pertinent to the situation.
