There are at least two different narratives running concurrently on the page. Visually, the woman is wrapping herself up – removing her naked body from view. Verbally, she is imparting words of philosophy that just sort of stop self-referentially in the last panel. It’s not clear that there is any significance or correspondence to the fact that both things are happening at the same time. It just is.
