Unlike most of the Star Dissections, Larry should need no introductions to the kids of today. He certainly needed no introduction to the readers of Heavy Metal back in the day.

In general, that’s one of the issues I have with this feature – the “stars” are often too obscure for the reader (me, anyway) to get the jokes. Beautifully drawn, to be sure, but they might as well be about some random guy on the street.
