This is one of the more extreme self-insert characters I’ve seen in this kind of comic. I guess it was inevitable that there would be an almost-autobiographical comic in these pages. It’s a very popular genre in the corner of the comics world that a lot of the creators in this issue come from. The bit where the ghost is holding his phone with his guts just adds to the body horror.
