These two completely different pages are presented under the same heading – June 2050, which has become a catch-all one-and-done SF strip over the course of the past few years. The top one is more conceptual and the bottom one hangs on a great visual punchline, but the fact that both of these were presented in the same issues provides an opportunity to point out how diverse this strip actually is.
