In 1983, Heavy Metal put together a Music-Video Awards feature that I had, frankly, forgotten about. It came out again here and is largely forgettable. I will say that it was enterprising of the publication to venture outside it’s comfort zone into the wild and wooly world of music videos, just as they’ve done with video games. But the presentation just screams 80s.
