This is easily the most horrific image in the entire Tex Arcana series to date. The human is the world’s best violin player, having a conversation with the demon while he shaves. In the process, he discovers that a) he should have asked to become the most famous musician in the world and b) he is going to spend an eternity in torment because he sold his soul. This page is the illustration of the latter point.

And a very impressive illustration it is, too. Findley has some serious cross-hatching chops.
