Instead of the standard plain brown wrapper, subscribers received this letter from Publisher Leonard Mogul on the outer wrapper. It described the change in format from monthly to quarterly, being sure to assure subscribers that their subscription was going to continue and to explain that they could look forward to complete stories in each issue.
