One of the problems with scanning perfect bound  magazines is that stuff in the crease doesn’t always make it, which is why some of the captions are cut off. It’s not like reading the captions is really an option, though – black on dark grey is not advisable in these situations.

I really scanned this page for the second panel. That’s meant to be a close up of the woman’s mouth from the previous panel, but that really doesn’t look like it belongs to the same person. In fact, it borders on outright body horror.
