There’s some serious sexplotation going on in this story. It’s mostly lost in the muddle of the plot, but when it pops up (as it does above), it’s really obvious. I’m not sure that I buy the story that the woman in the bottom panel actually fell asleep with her top off, for example. The tan line is too perfect. So she must have woken up and, in her confusion, taken her top off. Which really doesn’t add to the story much, except that this is the audience’s first introduction to the character.
