That map of South America on the right side of the page does a great job of communicating a lot of information. First, we can see that the sea levels have risen because the coastline is very different. We can also see where the various garbage lines – which are very important to this story – have been directed. I also dig the little box with people in it who are looking at the map from a very close perspective.
