This wordless story is all about the lifecycle of a single dollar bill – each page depicts the next person that the dollar goes to and does an amazing job of cataloging all of the different things that money can buy in contemporary American society. Kuper’s mix of black and white scratchy art and photorealist backgrounds really works for this kind of story.
