The meaning of the story title is made clear in this page, one of the more grotesque pieces of body horror I’ve seen in awhile. The last panel is absolutely a kick in the head. The appearance of the baby doesn’t change at all from what it is here, except that it gets bigger and the eyes and lips are more grotesque.

Something to note is that the quality of the paper used in this issue stepped down enough that you can see the art from the previous page bleeding through. I don’t know for sure, but it might have something to do with the fact that the page count for this issue dropped significantly as well.
