This story is set in an alternative reality where Hitler was a cartoonist – that’s the gag in the second panel. This reporter is going to Moscow so he can interview Hitler for his magazine. The art in this story is very blocky, which adds to the noir aspect of the story. Still, that plane in the first panel is pretty spectacular.
