Two things.

First, the layout on this is terrible. They clearly do not have someone who was there to point out that the margins on the right side of the page should have been deeper so that the text doesn’t disappear into the crease. Even better would have been someone to do something interesting with the text.

Second, look at the third paragraph, where it says that it’s difficult for people “outside Europe” to get information. What he means is that the articles are in Spanish and French.
