It’s not super-obvious, but there’s quite a bit of censorship on this page. The pygmies in the bottom of the page are not just hideous cultural stereotypes, they are also trying to perform oral sex on the blond European.

If you look carefully at his crotch, you can see little black bars covering up the fellatio, which sort of ruins the joke (such as it is). There’s actually a note in a later issue indicating that the bars were part of the original story and not actually censorship on the part of Heavy Metal.
