The best part of this page is on the second-to-last tier, where the Tintin clone is discovered with his hands tied above his head and enjoying both a beating and fellatio from a group of Chinese prostitutes. The story set up that our hero the story wrangler arranged to let Tintin get away from the narrative long enough to get some fun from the local brothels and this is the punchline for that particular joke.
