This issue has the line “Kuper returns” on the cover. I’m not entirely sure what that means, though – Kuper has been a mainstay in this publication for years by this point. He had two big stories in the previous issue, for example.

This story is actually done with stencils, which makes me wonder how big the originals actually are.
