The title is a reference to Little Nemo, including the last panel where the main character wakes up in her bed. The stories themselves, though, are FAR more adult. In the last panel on this page, we can see that the lilies have become mouths. In the next page, we see her making out with the mouths and it becomes far more explicit. As a result, the punchline of her waking up usually has to do with her having to talk to her therapist.
