This is a riff on the whole showing-up-without-any-clothes-on dream. In this case, Ego forgot to wear a dress under her coat when she went to a fancy-dress party, so she hid in the laundry room. To her surprise, a man wearing nothing but a bow-tie is also hiding in the laundry room. Of course they have sex. But its the clever shot of the two of them creeping into the laundry room at the same time from multiple directions in the first panel that really stands out here.
