If you squint, you can see in the indicia that this is one of three specials published per year. In fact,it was only one of two published in 1996 – the other being mostly a gallery issue that I didn’t bother to scan. What’s interesting about this that Heavy Metal didn’t start printing three specials per year until 1999.
