One of the recurring themes during this period is castration. This story is about a man who signs a contract to sell his penis to a rich mogul for enough money to pay all of his bills. The last tier is really well-done series of reaction shots and, to be honest, I don’t blame the man for his anxiety. It’s not stated explicitly, but the implication is that the poor man is very well hung.

In all honesty, this is a extremely anti-capitalist story. If there was a way for very rich old men to buy penises for transplant, they probably would. And what kind of world is it when a man has nothing left to sell but his body parts? That sounds like the worst kind of dystopia.
