This story is so strange. She happens to show up just as the rebels have decided to strike back against the hubristic rulers, but I wouldn’t say that she actually has anything to do here, other than to get lectured at. It’s not really great comics, mostly because the actions of the rebels are relegated to the side panels like the ones on this page where the art doesn’t help as much as it could.
