This is a very weird western tale. Both of them are cold and seeking shelter and find themselves in this weird dreamlike version of Christmas morning. You can tell that it’s a different reality because everything is colored yellow, which is different than the more natural coloration we see on the pages with exterior shots. Again, the use of color helps convey information to the reader that the characters in the story may not consciously understand or know about.
