The key text on this page is in the dead center panel, where one guy whispers the plot to the other guy – this outlaw keeps coming into town and taking a woman hostage for an hour or two, but never seems to do any harm. The punchline is, of course, the line of women waving goodbye from behind their men in the last panel. Again, great visual storytelling.
