I’ll admit it – I’m a sucker for the early page that introduces everyone in the comic. I especially like headshots or something that helps me put names with faces. Naturally, this page was a great candidate to be scanned. It wasn’t until I was cleaning the scan up that I took a closer look at the last panel on the page and saw something I missed earlier. 

I have questions. Is she welding with a crop top on? That seems unsafe. The way it’s colored, it looks like the front of the crop top is transparent. 

The rest of the story is about how the crew on the ship descend into a story cribbed straight from late-period Ballard, where they all have sex with each other, then start to kill each other. Things devolve to the point where the woman is wearing a dog collar and leash, and not in a consensual way.

The art is very nice, though. The color is especially notable.
