This is a weird little dystopian story about a drug that makes people psychotic killers. So of course certain people arrange to get these people acting out on the drug in a television studio – reality TV style.

And then we get these three panels, where they discuss the next phases of the drug – apathy, then mad animal desire. Sad trombone.
