The Gallery section in this issue features the work of Jeffrey Catherine Jones. Jones’ best work was the pre-Raphaelite paintings that show up here. However, Jones is best known to Heavy Metal readers for the seminal single page stories I’m Age that appeared in the early 80s.

The Dossier section of this issue also has an interview with Jones. It’s a fairly generic interview and briefly discusses the artist’s work for Heavy Metal and it’s predecessor strip Idyl, which showed up in National Lampoon. The whole thing is a promotional push for a sketchbook and other materials from Jones that have just been published.
