By this point in the story, the main character has been left for dead and her cells have been harvested to create an army of clones. So she’s in the wilderness zoo and she decides that the best thing she can do to keep the animals away is to cover herself with elephant dung.

Later in the story, she is captured by poachers and strapped to a table. One of the poachers then rapes(!) her without bothering to clean the elephant dung off. The rapist is stunned, but not killed(!) by the female partner. Who takes the recently assaulted woman into a shower so that she can assault the survivor. It’s a wild sequence, but it’s a lot of assault depicted on the page, so I went with this one because elephant dung.

Also, the animals rolling up the bales of hay is a pretty good image.
