This is the end of a sequence of pages that started with a beautiful naked woman demanding that someone have sex with her. Midway through the act, she turned into an old woman that they all freaked out about and killed. Here, she’s dragged out and dumped in the water. Why was she killed? Because she was ugly and old and wanted sex. I guess if you’re looking for a way to identify these guys as the bad guys, that’s one way to do it. I would have thought that putting them in Confederate uniforms was enough, but maybe not.
