This is a pretty decent story with better art than writing. What’s really interesting is the monologue in the middle tier, where the man talks about how value adds meaning to things. Which is, oddly enough, sort of the point of NFTs – an attempt to commodify something that’s available to all. I mention this because Matthew Medney – the author of this work – is an avid NFT collector. And he gave the speech about the benefits of artificial scarcity to the bad guy.
