Fun fact: the last August issue of Heavy Metal was in 1985. And now that Heavy Metal has changed their identification schema, there probably won’t ever be another August issue. Which makes this the last August issue ever.

Two things of interest on this page:

1. The masthead clearly indicates that this is just the Fantasy Special, reskinned.

2. There are three stories in the entire magazine. All complete stories, yes. But that’s it.
