These little stories are beautifully rendered and very weird. They remind me of Charles Burns, but more precise. The grid is used very well in this story. Also, it’s one of those rare stories that manages to strip all of the sexiness out of the presentation of the female nude. The gynecologist’s office is pretty much the opposite of sexy.
