The art in this story is an uneven mix of very dated digital work for exteriors and more traditional hand-drawn material for people and interiors. This page has a great layout, except for one minor hitch. The placement of the beam of light on the water would tend to indicate where the people in the inset panel are vis-a-vis the establishing shot. The word balloon in that establishing shot would tend to indicate that they are somewhere else entirely. It’s a bit jarring, but fairly easy to overlook.
