Yes, the artist is the same David Lloyd that illustrated V for Vendetta. The story is pretty interesting – this guy can see ghosts, including this dog. The story itself is about a woman who pesters him to save her daughter, just so that she can get killed by a car and become a ghost with her mom. Dark.
