If you look to the bottom of the page, you can see a mention of the Moebius Pyramid. It’s an obvious reference, mostly because the main character looks an awful lot like Major Grubert, the main character from The Airtight Garage of Jerry Cornelius by Moebius. Unfortunately, none of the rest of the story looks like it was drawn by Moebius and gets increasingly sketchy from there.
