This is a pretty weird story that spends a lot of time enabling the male gaze, but the artwork and storytelling are solid enough to make it a decent read. This page is notable because of the lack of dialogue, forcing the artist to tell the story visually. There’s a great superpanel in the bottom left-hand corner of the page. And the last two panels give a clue as to what language the story was originally published in. Of course, they weren’t translated, which is too bad because they give some background to the symbol that keeps coming up.
