Over the course of subsequent pages, we discover that the character here is calling forth Cthulhu and is impregnated by the elder god in a storyline that has weird echoes to the ending of Alan Moore’s Providence. But here, we just get three panels of very muddy artwork that is mostly notable for the use of zipatone.
